The 4th Grade Health & Physical Education Portfolio combines a semester of PE with a semester of Health, all in a fun, online workbook format. Some of the health topics covered include: self-esteem, friendship, growing up, emotions, importance of rest and sleep, nutrition, safety, families, and the effects of tobacco.
